The HRIS Analyst will report to the Applications/Development & Integrations Manager and will have in scope the technical administration of Group14’s people platforms, including the HRIS and ATS. They will work closely with IT leadership and the People & Culture team to build, maintain, and support the relevant tools, integrations, and reporting enabling Group14 to operate efficiently and effectively.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
-Contributing to the design, build, deployment, and support of systems with the People & Culture team, partners, providers, etc.
-Partnering with the Enterprise Applications and Data teams on downstream usage of people data, integrations with systems, etc.
-Ensure system and data usage compliance with relevant regulatory and compliance requirements, e.g. HIPAA, SOX.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
-Working knowledge of mid-market and enterprise HCM/HRIS/ATS platforms.
-Experience with common platform integrations, e.g. APIs, scheduled feeds/reports.
-Familiarity with standard software development & release management practices.
OTHER QUALITIES WE’D LOVE FOR YOU TO HAVE:
-Experience with Ceridian Dayforce, Greenhouse.
-Awareness of commonly requested reports & analytics.
-Training in DEI-related areas, e.g. implicit biases.

The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000. All positions come with a company bonus and stock options. The actual base pay offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the position is located.
