We are a Property Management Company seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant at our corporate headquarters in Grayslake. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting our daily operations by overseeing a variety of administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment.
The Ideal candidate will have:
- Experience assisting high level executives.
- Some experience in Property Management. (preferred)
- Some experience in Human Resources and employee recruiting. (preferred)
- The ability to multitask.
- Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- The ability to prioritize activities daily and the capacity to pivot and change focus when the need arises.
- A good understanding of the Microsoft Office suite, including experience with Excel
- Some experience with QuickBooks and other proprietary software (preferred)
Some responsibilities will include:
- Assist in the employee screening process by posing job ads and conducting brief phone interviews
- Administering personnel files
- Assist with benefit administration and record keeping.
- Provide office back up at our local Property locations.
- Support upper Management with miscellaneous clerical administrative duties as needed.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
