We are currently seeking a Full Time Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Human Resources (HR) Team!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for creating and implementing talent strategies that enhance the organization’s ability to attract and retain a talented, diverse and engaged workforce to meet current and future business needs. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing activities related to the full cycle recruitment of clinical and/or non-clinical employees.
- Responsible for creating and implementing talent strategies for both Clinical and Non-Clinical positions to meet the current and future needs of the organization.
- Responsible for full cycle recruitment including posting positions internally and externally, candidate review, coordination of interviews, coordination of pre-employment process and onboarding.
- Performs Talent Management functions, administers the new hire pre-employment processes, and efficiently manages onboarding in the pursuit of increased retention and productivity including but not limited to offers of employment, criminal background checks, health screening requirements, etc.
- Recommend solutions to streamline processes and improve recruiting and on-boarding effectiveness, implement programs that enhance the candidate experience, improve services, and improve the quality of the hire.
- Responsible for updating candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Answers routine requests for information on policy interpretation, benefits, recruitment needs, and compliance. Provides high customer service to all employees, vendors, applicants, and the public.
- Schedules and coordinates bi-weekly new-hire orientations.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to build targeted sourcing plans to meet their needs.
- Use social networking platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Glassdoor, Indeed to promote our branding message to drive traffic to our open positions.
- Manages multiple temporary nursing agencies to approve temporary employee assignments with the facility as well as terminations and do-not-return agency employee information.
- Represents St. Camillus in sourcing activities: job fairs, college fairs, open houses, nursing career days etc.
- Builds pool of candidates using extensive searching techniques, social media, networking, state agencies, professional associations, and employee referral programs.
- Provide supervision to the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to ensure process management and recruitment processes are efficient, effective, consistent and in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Assists with reporting and recruitment metrics.
- Responsible for meeting affirmative action requirements for all recruitment activities
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess, at a minimum, an Associate’s Degree. Bachelor Degree in Business/Human Resources preferred.
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in Healthcare.
- Prior experience using social media platforms to source candidates and promote organizational brand preferred.
- Prior experience using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – ADP is a plus.
- Strong verbal, written, and computer skills required.
- Professional and positive attitude with the ability to maintain confidentiality required.
