Job Title: HR Manager (Corporate & Talent Acquisition)
Job Location: Midtown Manhattan Office 3x/week, WFH 2x/week

In this pivotal role, you will play a key role in shaping our HR policies, programs, and initiatives to align with our organizational goals. The HR Manager will provide strategic guidance to senior management, department heads, and employees, particularly focusing on Talent Acquisition, talent development, and employee engagement.
Job Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnering (Corporate Team):
- Resolve employee relations issues through active listening and effective resolution strategies.
- Provide ongoing HR support and guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, and career development.
- Offer expertise and input on organizational design, performance management, salary increases, promotions, succession planning, compensation, and benefits.
- Negotiate and administer contracts for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate roles, collaborating with business teams.
- Partner with the Retail HR Manager to enhance retail recruitment and implement process improvements.
- Evaluate the recruitment funnel and devise effective strategies, including the revision of sourcing approaches.
- Establish, track, and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess recruitment effectiveness.
- Drive the implementation of technology advancements, including new features of the digital Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with the Paris HQ to enhance Lacoste's employer brand, launching employer branding campaigns with clear goals and KPIs.
Talent Development:
- Enhance pre-boarding, onboarding, and 90-day review processes to improve the new hire experience.
- Collaborate with the Paris HQ to launch initiatives related to the Management Academy in the US.
- Partner with the HRBP Retail and the Paris HQ to introduce initiatives for the Retail Academy in the US.
- Develop and manage training and development programs, including mandatory training, for the US workforce.
- Define and implement career paths and succession planning strategies.
- Oversee learning and development tools, such as e-learning platforms.
Internal Communication:
- Develop a comprehensive communication strategy to effectively engage associates in HR initiatives and Lacoste's updates.
- Maintain and enhance the internal digital portal in collaboration with the Paris HQ.
Employee Engagement:
- Collaborate closely to create and execute a calendar of team-building events, such as Monthly Town Halls, Quarterly Parties, and Volunteer Activities.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as an HR specialist (3+ Years); Retail or other fast-paced environment background is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Curious problem solver and smart learner, analytical, able to understand and address (and learn from) every situation
- Reliable team player, accountable for delivering results and ready to help the team
- Must be able to effectively communicate with any stakeholder (from Sales Associate to VPs and CEO)
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and within constraints, under pressure
- BS/BA in HR, business, economics or relevant field
