Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading and managing full cycle recruiting, addressing staffing numbers & maintaining a constant stream of applicants, onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ADP Payroll, creating & maintaining employee records, supporting management in addressing employee concerns. You will also help with Learning & Development Programs

Key Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Attend job fairs to develop the employer brand and create a talent pool.
• Interview and prescreen candidates.
• Meet with department heads to create job descriptions and determine gaps for the organization.
• Onboarding/ offboarding employees
• Help to create and manage a rewarding Learning & Development program.
• ADP Payroll
• Maintaining employee records
• Supporting Management in addressing employee concerns
• Assist with other projects as needed.

Job Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent people skills to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, customers, and employees
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
