Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading and managing full cycle recruiting, addressing staffing numbers & maintaining a constant stream of applicants, onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ADP Payroll, creating & maintaining employee records, supporting management in addressing employee concerns. You will also help with Learning & Development Programs
Key Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Attend job fairs to develop the employer brand and create a talent pool.
- Interview and prescreen candidates.
- Meet with department heads to create job descriptions and determine gaps for the organization.
- Onboarding/ offboarding employees
- Help to create and manage a rewarding Learning & Development program.
- ADP Payroll
- Maintaining employee records
- Supporting Management in addressing employee concerns
- Assist with other projects as needed.
Job Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent people skills to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, customers, and employees
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
