Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate employee records
- Assist in employee evaluation process, including performance reviews and feedback
- Support talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development
- Coordinate and administer HR programs
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees
- Contribute to succession planning efforts to ensure a strong pipeline
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Proficiency in data entry and HRIS systems
- Familiarity with talent management processes and strategies
- Experience with affirmative action planning and compliance preferred
- Knowledge of FMLA regulations and administration
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs for employees
