HR Services Representative
Position Highlights:

• Position: HR Services Representative
• Location: Skokie, IL
• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours)
• Hours: Monday-Friday, (8:00am-5:00pm)

What you will do:

• Deliver excellent customer service while answering phone calls, replying to emails, etc.
• Thoroughly research and respond to customer questions and requests per define timeframe and/or Service Level Agreement.
• Completely daily business processes and transactions in multiple HR systems for payroll, such as upload pay information from various departments, and enter and audit additional pay and deductions.
• Reconcile payroll data, including direct deposit issues, stale dated checks, garnishment refunds, and process stop payments.
• Identify and troubleshoot system issue and execute as appropriate.

What you will need:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Certification: N/A
• Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a human resources related area such as benefits, payroll or HR systems. Previous HR systems experience, such as PeopleSoft, is a plus
• Skills: Intermediate expertise of Microsoft office application require. Excellent customer service and strong communications (oral and written) skills are required. Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities required. Must be able to work in a fast paced, changing environment handling multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
