Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an efficient Human Resources (HR) Recruiter to take on a variety of HR administrative responsibilities. The HR Recruiter (Contract to Hire) plays a pivotal role in our recruitment and selection processes. Initially offered as a contract role, there is the potential for permanent employment based on performance. The HR Recruiter is tasked with the critical responsibility of identifying, attracting, and evaluating top talent to meet our clients' staffing requirements.
Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
- Source, identify, and attract candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend staffing needs and devise effective recruitment strategies.
Candidate Management:
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Communicate with candidates about interview schedules, feedback, and job offers.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings when necessary.
Employer Branding:
- Aid in developing and promoting the organization's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and industry-related activities.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
- Prepare and maintain job descriptions, job postings, and relevant documentation.
Data Analysis:
- Compile and analyze recruitment data to enhance the recruitment process's effectiveness.
- Generate and maintain reports on recruitment metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with recruitment best practices, laws, and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate and provide HR support to a diverse workforce.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. (e.g., BambooHR).
- Familiarity with social media recruiting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle data with the utmost confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Duration: This HR Recruiter role is initially offered on a contract basis with the potential for conversion to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.
