Nightingale Services/Infusion/Pharmacy Inc. is looking for a HR Recruiter/Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and have knowledge of recruiting and be a fast, accurate typist. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database.

Duties

• Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
• Prepare and distribute scorecards daily
• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• Schedule face to face interviews of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Schedule orientation and process onboarding paperwork and train on EVV reporting
• Conduct criminal background checks
• Schedule CPR/First classes and TB tests
• Process termination of employees
• Process reporting from EMR to schedule supervisory visits
• Confirm schedules daily
• Maintain inventory and supplies for the office
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
