SUMMARY
As part of the HR team, the Senior HR Generalist will provide human resources support to a growing and diverse employee base in the US, Canada, and Latin America as outlined in the duties below. In addition the HR Generalist will provide support to the organization and its leadership team as it relates to HR matters.

As part of the HR team, the Senior HR Generalist will provide human resources support to a growing and diverse employee base in the US, Canada, and Latin America as outlined in the duties below. In addition the HR Generalist will provide support to the organization and its leadership team as it relates to HR matters.
DUTIES
- Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, and provide guidance and interpretation for business operations
- Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports for company requirements
- Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs
- Suggest new procedures and policies for improving employee experience as well as the efficiency of HR department and company
- Develop, coordinate and manage the learning & development programs according to company policy and business size
- Handle bonus calculation, performance review, headcount & cost management, learning & development with HR manager
- Maintain the accuracy of data entered into the HRIS (ADP) and handle various processes, performance review, headcount report, and dashboard analysis with the execution of payroll.
- Analyze and summarize HR data for senior management
- Track and manage KPIs and budget for the HR department
- Provide HR advisory service to employees that covers employee issues, grievances, and all other employee-relations matters
- Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, HR policies & guidelines, learning programs, and organizational chart, and contribute to development
- Attend meetings and interviews on behalf of HR Manager
- Backup for regular operations including recruiting process, payroll, onboarding and offboarding, benefits changes and healthcare program management
- Bachelor’s degree (in human resources, or related field preferred)
- 8+ years general knowledge of HR (Benefits, Onboarding/Offboarding, Compliance, Employee Relations, Training, Performance Management)
- Strong knowledge of HRIS and LMS
- Advanced MSOffice/O365 experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Prefer experience with HR operations in Canada and/or Latin America
- Self-starter who takes initiative and makes fact based decisions
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, including interpersonal, writing and speaking
- Ability to work effectively, knowledgeably and collaboratively with a wide range of internal company functions and external officials or representatives
