Hr - Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to become an integral part of the Begert Stainless, Inc. team in Marshfield, WI. This individual will be responsible for coordinating payroll services and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and have a comprehensive understanding of payroll procedures. Knowledge of Human Resources functions within a company is a must. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team committed to providing exceptional service with a competitive salary.

$45,000 - $60,000 yearly

• Administer HR plans and procedures for all company employees
• Maintain vacation records for all employees
• Manage candidate platform with necessary management
• Help with Accounting functions as applicable
• Implement new hire orientation/OSHA 10 Certification
• Utilize QuickBooks for payroll
• Manage insurance functions/employee benefits
• Update and revise the company Handbook as applicable

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources and/or payroll
• Proven working experience in processing payrolls
• Excellent knowledge of tax and Labor regulations
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• High degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in high-intensity environments
• US Work Authorization
• 18 years or older
