Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the ramp up of the Gotion Giga IL brownfield facility, including the development
and implementation of all HR policies and procedures.
Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees.
Manage employee relations, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and
termination procedures.
Oversee training and development programs to ensure that employees have the skills
and knowledge they need to be successful.
Administer payroll and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with all applicable HR laws and regulations.
Collaborate with other plant managers to resolve HR issues and concerns.
Foster a positive and productive work environment for all employees.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
7+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience in leading and managing people.
