Concrete Laborer- $18.00-$22.00/hr

Talent Management Professionals has partnered up with a reputable client in Bloomington/Normal, IL area within the general construction Industry. We are looking for immediate workers that are ready to make an immediate positive impact. Are you the type of person who loves diversity in your workday? We are now hiring for General Labor with a real passion for working with their hands. Many of the jobs are physically strenuous and may require special training or experience. Other jobs require little skill and can be learned quickly.

Responsibilities: $18.00-$20.00/hr (DOE). 40+ hrs week

• General Labor-Concrete, Foundations, Digging trenches, etc...
• Attaching building materials using screws, nuts, and bolts.
• Framing commercial and residential structures
• Performing repairs on existing framework structures that are damaged or structurally unsound.
• Attention to detail
• Put together and take apart temporary structures, such as scaffolding.
• Follow instructions from supervisors.
• Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary.
• Perform site clean-up.
• Indoor and outdoor work.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Workers must be punctual and reliable.
• Experience as a general laborer in the construction industry a plus!
