Your day to day as a HR Manager

Requirements for this HR Manager job
To excel as the HR Manager at Wisper ISP, you will need a diverse set of skills and competencies. With over 5 years of experience in HR and 2+ years in management, you'll be equipped to lead and direct the HR team effectively. Your thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices will be essential in overseeing talent acquisition, compensation plans, and compliance with labor laws.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS is a must, along with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Additionally, having a degree in HR or a business-related field, along with certifications like SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, will be highly valued. Your high emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, commitment to results, and strong decision-making capabilities will drive the success of HR operations at Wisper ISP.
