JOB SUMMARY:
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. This includes employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and HR administration. The HR Manager serves as a trusted advisor on human-resources-related matters.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage recruitment and selection strategies to attract and retain high-quality employees
• Manage and coordinate employee onboarding, training, and development initiatives
• Manage employee relations issues including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions
• Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that are competitive and aligned with company goals
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to human resources
• Oversee HR administration processes including record-keeping and reporting
• Serve as a resource for managers and employees on all HR-related matters
• Ensure effective HR operations
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of HR management experience
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training employees
• Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary action
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to maintain confidential information
