Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00-4:00 PM or 8:00-5:00 PM; with some flexibility .
Job Description
Key Accountabilities
l Act as the first point of contact for employee relations questions, provide guidance and consultation, and make sure internal clients are using the tools and resources available.
l Participate in training and consultation on employee relations and compliance-related topics, policies, and procedures.
l Help prepare audits, reporting, and compliance reviews pertaining to local regulations and programs.
l Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
l Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
l Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
l Experience handling conflict resolutions or employee relations investigations
l Minimum of two years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
l Preferred Bi-lingual Spanish
