We are seeking a full-time HR Generalist position to join our HR Team. This position directly reports to the HR Manager. The position performs complex and specialized administrative tasks within the following disciplines: Time Keeping, Recruiting, Onboarding, Separations, Benefits and Leave Administration, Performance Management, Training & Development, and Employee Relations.

Responsibilities:
Includes the following duties and other duties as assigned:
- Develop a strong understanding of position roles, requirements & staffing needs
- Create, organize, and obtain approval on new hire weekly schedules and training checklists
- Maintain employee training records via Human Capital Management (HCM) database
- Assist with recruitment (job postings, resume/application screening & selection, phone interviews)
- Manage and assist with benefit and leave administration
- Conduct timeclock adjustments, audits, time and attendance reports
- Perform administrative functions involving onboarding and separating employees
- Assist with performance management and employee relations
- Collaborate with the HR team on various HR Programs
- Assist with various HR related tasks, projects, and reports
Skills/Qualifications:
- Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
- 4 years of working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including Time Keeping, Recruiting, Onboarding, Separations, Benefits and Leave Administration, Performance Management, Training & Development, and Employee Relations
- 2+ years of work experience resolving complex employee relations issues
- (Preferred) experience working in small and large sized companies, as well as a global company
- (Preferred) Proven knowledge and experience using business Human Capital Management (HCM) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook
- Demonstrates proficient knowledge of HR and best practices
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
- Demonstrates business acumen, professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
- Demonstrates analytical and problem solving skilling ability
- Demonstrated experience and ability to objectively manage and coach employees and management through difficult and sometimes complex or emotional issues
- Ability to collaborate with the HR Manager to make recommendations to effectively resolve issues by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, regulation or law
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in an effective, positive manner with executives, managers and individual contributors in a team environment
- Demonstrates effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization with diplomacy and tact
- Demonstrates superior data entry, organizational, time management and follow up skills
- Must be team oriented, possess a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with others to achieve goals in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
