Job Description
The Nelson Golf and Sports Club of Las Colinas is looking to hire a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our operations team. This individual will be a key team member in our day to day operation of the club.
Job Summary:
The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for leading the HR department to ensure the club is delivering a great workplace experience for all employees. The HR Manager will also be responsible for ensuring the club is complying with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Essential Duties:
- Lead and ensure the HR department is delivering a great workplace experience for all employees
- Lead the recruitment and hiring process to ensure the club is recruiting for all positions open
- Work with the Corporate Human Resources department to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Correct time punches weekly for payroll time and attendance software. Assist with payroll processing biweekly to ensure all hours and earnings are accounted for.
- Conduct employee onboarding and conduct employee reference checks.
- Conduct annual performance appraisals and manage the results to ensure performance standards are being met.
- Conduct employee training and development and ensure that employee development plans are being followed.
- Oversee performance reviews and conduct disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Oversee compliance with labor laws and regulations and ensure that all employees are complying with applicable laws and regulations.
- Oversee performance management, conduct annual performance appraisals, manage disciplinary actions when necessary, and provide feedback when completed.
- Oversee compliance with OSHA, state and federal safety regulations, as well as other regulatory bodies.
- Oversee compliance with ADA requirements as they relate to Century Golf Partners Management LLC operations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education: Bachelor's or higher
Language: Bilingual preferred - must speak English
