Position Summary:
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable HR Generalist to join us! If you are passionate about HR and you would like to give your contribution in creating a great company culture, this is the right position for you.
What you will do:
Your job will be to provide and support the work of the HR department by performing a variety of tasks. In this position, your primary duty will be to collect and manage all data pertaining to employees but you will also be involved in the recruiting, hiring, and
raining of new and existing employees.
About You

• Bilingual is a must English - Spanish
• Previous working experience as an HR Generalist
• Ability to effectively use Google applications
• Knowledge of HR software - Dayforce
• Sound knowledge of labor laws and practices
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• The ability to keep sensitive information confidential
• Must be reliable, approachable and helpful
• Data-driven mindset
• Experience with recruitment marketing a plus
• Must be able to work in a cold environment
• Customer service orientated with teamwork and self motivation
• Flexability and adaptability
• Customer Service oriented, ability to work in a team and self motivated
• Assist Operations in task coverages (i.e. accident reporting and other administrative support)
• Program and track employee company security card access
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
