Qualifications:
- Microsoft office suite with emphasis on Excel
- QuickBooks
- Banking Reconciliation
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- General Ledger Experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Demonstrated problem solving, time management and priority setting skills
- Responsible for monitoring eligibility of benefits.
- Set up confidential personnel employee files and keep files up to date.
Ideal:
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish) preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume setting
- Previous experience in billing, finance, or human resources
- Collection law experience
