We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Bilingual HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, with a proven track record of managing HR functions for at least 50 employees. With a minimum of 3 years of experience, the HR Generalist will be responsible for various HR tasks, including recruitment, payroll, compliance, hiring, firing, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process for office and field employees, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
• Administer payroll processing accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, including but not limited to EEO, ADA, FMLA, and FLSA.
• Handle all aspects of employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, training, performance management, and terminations.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
• Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and provide resolution recommendations.
• Assist with HR reporting and data analysis as needed.
  

Requirements:

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience working with at least 50 employees.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
