Location: Onsite for 6 month introductory period, then a potential for a hybrid schedule.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, support, and maintain employee engagement program initiatives that reinforce the company's goals and culture.
- Lead the development, review, and implementation of healthcare compliance policies and procedures in alignment with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and standards.
- Partner with department leaders in developing plans to improve all things related to employee engagement, recognition, retention, and compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments specific to healthcare compliance, identifying potential vulnerabilities, and developing strategies to mitigate risks effectively.
- Lead engagement initiatives, including meetings with employees, focus groups, and workshops to find areas for improvement.
- Oversee compliance programs, conducting regular audits, assessments, and monitoring activities to assess the organization's compliance status and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in employee development programs such as coaching sessions to improve talent growth.
- Develop and deliver training programs for healthcare staff on compliance requirements, policies, and procedures to ensure understanding and adherence.
- Collaborate with various departments including legal, clinical operations, and HR, providing guidance and expertise on compliance matters.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of compliance activities, prepare reports for management, and communicate compliance updates and recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HRM, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent relevant experience of 2-4 years in Human Resources or healthcare administration.
- Experience: 1-2 years of healthcare administration, compliance, or a similar role within the healthcare industry preferred.
- SHRM-CP or PHR Preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and other relevant healthcare compliance requirements.
- Exposure to employee engagement, experience recruiting, and retention preferred.
- Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities: Leadership and strategic thinking in driving healthcare compliance initiatives, ethical and principled approach, ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable policies and procedures, strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Adaptability to navigate evolving healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Travel Required: Minimal
Work location: Remote/Hybrid: Must live within 2 hours of the CMC Site to attend Audits and on-site meetings.
