The Perfect Child is looking for an aspiring and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team.
TPC is an ABA company, helping families with autistic children receive the therapy their child needs to lead an easier and more dynamic life. In your role as a HR Generalist, play a crucial role in supporting the overall human resources functions within the organization. This position involves a wide range of responsibilities, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. You will work closely with employees at all levels and collaborate with various departments to ensure the effective and smooth operation of HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and
resolutions.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees, fostering a positive work environment.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures consistently.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with any related queries.
- Collaborate with benefits providers to ensure accurate and timely administration.
- Support the performance management process by assisting in goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Handle HR-related administrative tasks and documentation.
- Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure the organization's compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies to align with legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years professional experience in Human Resources field.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of HR related laws, regulations, and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Advanced technology proficiency (Microsoft Suite, Acrobat, Google Suite)
- Exceptional time management, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to adjust plans in short notice as needed.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $63,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
