We are excited to announce that we’re in the market for an HR Coordinator to join the AC Human Resources team. Nothing is more important than our people. The HR Coordinator is responsible for ensuring we take care of our employees and their families, overseeing and improving our most critical HR programs.
What You'll Do
Benefits Administration: Health, Welfare and 401k are the foundation of our benefits package. The HR Coordinator ensures these are properly administered, providing hands-on assistance to employees and helping to craft better programs and employee experience.
Payroll & Wage: Few things are more important than paying people on time and correctly, but that's only the tip of the iceberg. The HR Coordinator will work with operations to administer and enhance wage policies and programs to optimize attraction and retention.
Time and Attendance Systems: Our HR Systems track employee hours, time off, discipline, and performance metrics. Become the expert in these systems, recommending ways we can fully harness the power of our data.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an arts or science field, or commensurate professional experience
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience
- Competent in basic computer skills including email and Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc)
Desired Qualifications:
- SHRM-CP or PHR Certification
- Time and Attendance software proficiency (ideally Swipeclock)
- Payroll processing proficiency (ideally ECCA Payroll+)
- Competent in Microsoft Access
