B Street Collision Center is growing and looking to expand our Human Resources department. As a Human Resources Generalist you will:
- Assist in implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with local and federal laws
- Recruit and hire new employees, conduct interviews and make job offers
- Conduct new hire onboarding
- Administer/Manage employee benefits
- Partner with HR Manager in providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
- Assist with employee relations and resolve conflicts between employees and management
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
