As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our organization in all facets if HR (recruiting, benefits, payroll, and employee relations) . Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:

• Assisting in implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with local and federal laws

• Recruiting and hiring new employees, conducting interviews and making job offers

• New hire onboarding

• Administering employee benefits and compensation programs

• Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters

• Assisting with employee relations and resolving conflicts between employees and management

• Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field

• 2+ years of experience in HR Generalist role

• Knowledge of local and federal employment laws and regulations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Knowledge of Paylocity and HCSS preferred but not required
