As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our organization in all facets if HR (recruiting, benefits, payroll, and employee relations) . Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with local and federal laws
- Recruiting and hiring new employees, conducting interviews and making job offers
- New hire onboarding
- Administering employee benefits and compensation programs
- Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
- Assisting with employee relations and resolving conflicts between employees and management
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR Generalist role
- Knowledge of local and federal employment laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of Paylocity and HCSS preferred but not required
