What this person will do:
- Talent Management: Focused on engagement and retention, supported by a dedicated talent acquisition partner
- Employee Relations- you'll be a trusted counsel for both staff and leadership. Your role will involve tackling workplace challenges, leading investigations when necessary, and actively fostering a positive work environment
- HR Policy and Compliance: Like most HR roles, this one has a compliance and policy component, but it goes a step further. You won't just ensure compliance; you'll be trusted with the autonomy to make critical decisions.
- Actively identify opportunities for streamlining HR-related tasks, including system enhancements and automation. Your goal is to drive efficiency and accuracy across all HR operations
- Operational Excellence: Work closely with the operations team to improve processes and efficiency
