Segment: ASG & IAF
- Partners with the HR team and management to understand, define, improve and execute the company’s human resource strategy.
- Participate and lead various projects within the HR functions such as, but not limited to, developing career pathways specific to each business, driving employee engagement, etc.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including, but not limited to: compensation, benefits and leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, training and development.
- Handles employment-related inquiries, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the designated HR Business Partner. Counsel employees and managers, as appropriate.
- Participates and helps drive various HR programs (merit & compensation process, performance review program, HR reporting, other business support requirements, etc.)
- Assists in the review, tracking, and documentation of compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, skills tests and certifications.
- General compliance: Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. These may include ADP administration, ensuring proper legal postings at various company worksites, etc.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Drives performance-based culture.

- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience
- Proven experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Understanding of federal labor law and compliance
- Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to support multiple locations
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time across the US.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; including strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a professional, collaborative demeanor in performing duties adhering to strict confidentiality
