RESPONSIBILITIES:
Employee Relations and Performance Management:
Cultivate a positive workplace culture through effective employee relations strategies.
Contribute to performance management processes, supporting employees in achieving their full potential. Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Strategic HR Leadership:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR practices with overall business strategy.
Provide guidance on organizational development, workforce planning, and employee retention initiatives. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs. Develop and execute effective onboarding programs to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.
Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Compliance and Policy Implementation:
Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations, keeping policies and procedures up-to-date.
Implement and communicate HR policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist, showcasing comprehensive HR knowledge and hands-on experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
