Position: Director of Human Resources

Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Collaborate as a strategic partner with executive leadership to craft innovative people strategies driving organizational success.
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive people plan, steering HR initiatives for short, medium, and long-term goals.
- Harmonize HR strategies with broader business objectives, partnering closely with senior management to address challenges and opportunities.
Employee Relations:
- Devise, implement, and oversee HR policies and procedures on a company-wide scale.
- Foster a positive work environment through strategic employee relations initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and grievances judiciously and promptly.
Performance Management:
- Innovate and implement performance management programs to elevate employee development.
- Provide insightful guidance to managers on performance evaluations, constructive feedback, and improvement plans.
Compliance and Legal:
- Collaborate effectively with operations leadership and legal counsel, ensuring unwavering compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
- Stay abreast of dynamic changes in labor regulations, ensuring HR policies are current and reflective of evolving requirements.
Training and Development:
- Identify and promptly address training needs for associates and leadership.
- Spearhead career development initiatives, amplifying employee skills and capabilities.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Spearhead the establishment of insightful HR metrics in collaboration with HR and business leaders, evaluating the impact of people initiatives.
- Deliver regular reports, providing nuanced insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership regarding people trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Leverage extensive experience and expertise in HR compliance, audits, and system implementations.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
