IPH, an Albany based not for profit providing a continuum of services to homeless and at-risk individuals and families, seeks a dynamic and experienced HR professional to bring sophistication and leadership to the agency’s HR function. This individual will report to the CFO and will be expected to make a significant impact on the recruitment, onboarding, and development of employees.
The Director will be expected to drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization while ensuring compliance with applicable employment regulations.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required and 7-10 years of diversified human resource management experience to include at least 3 years serving in the HR leadership role. Familiarity with payroll systems and HRIS software is essential. Must be self-motivated and capable of resolving complex employee relations issues and implementing performance improvement strategies. SHRM-CP or SCP certification a plus.
