- Act as point of contact for candidates throughout the new hire onboarding process
- Prepare new hire files in compliance with ComPsych practices and federal/state laws
- Manage internal requisition report and generate weekly/ monthly requisition tracking report.
- Manage employee referral program
- Conduct outreach to new hires to provide continued support regarding onboarding and training.
- Act as the primary resource for new hire questions, work to quickly resolve concerns and make connections with appropriate resources such IT or HR.
- Responsible for sending welcome information, collect all new hire paperwork, and upload new hire information into HR Systems
- Coordinate first day agenda for new hires to ensure department leaders and new hire have a smooth and positive experience
- Manage/conduct new hire orientations as needed while partnering with IT and HR to ensure new hires have equipment and access to remote new hire orientation
- Recruiting for entry level positions as needed
- Assist with interview coordination, sourcing, hiring events, scheduling and monitoring the recruiter inbox as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year administrative and/or HR/Recruiting experience
- Contributes to a positive atmosphere in which people work together, enthusiastically and effectively
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with limited direction
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organization skills
- Strong analytic skills and experience using Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
- Excellent discretion and judgment in dealing with sensitive materials and confidential information
- Strong computer skills required: Microsoft Office and experience with an HRIS or ATS preferred
