As one of the first and largest i502 cannabis companies in Washington State, we're growing (pun intended)! We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team of fun professionals in support of our busy Cannabis stores. This position is responsible for all general HR functions with a strong focus on recruitment and employee customer service.

General Responsibilities:
- Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management
- Sources and screens candidates, coordinates with hiring managers, and processes onboarding of new employees
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation, ensuring integrity and confidentiality
- Completes basic HR functions that support payment to employees including timesheet processing and answering employee questions; escalates more complex issues as needed
- Assists with planning and execution of special events such as 401(k) enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations
- Other duties or projects as assigned in support of a team environment

Position Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age in compliance with WALCB requirements
- Associate’s degree in HR, business, or other related field
- Minimum one year experience in related office experience
- Passing a background check in compliance with state and national laws
The position is ONSITE only - remote work is not allowed; schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4pm and paid as Salaried Non-Exempt.
