SCHEDULE:Monday-Friday 9AM to 5PM, some weekend work will be necessary.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in HR or business is preferred and at least 3+ years of Human Resources/Payroll Experience, preferably in the service industry. Knowledge of employment labor laws in Washington, Oregon, and California preferred.
WHAT YOU WILL DO: The HR/Payroll Coordinator is responsible for managing payroll processes company wide, as well as assisting the Senior Human Resources manager in multiple different areas that include but are not limited to:
- Manage Payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
- Maintain HR Records and update employee information as needed.
- Assist with Benefits Administration including enrollment and communication.
- Work with General Managers and respective operators to communicate HR needs.
- Support HR Functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills in interactions with employees and other departments.
- Follows Company guidelines for managing confidential information and guest satisfaction.
- Other duties may be assigned by the Senior HR Manager and or Big Al’s Director’s Team.
