We are currently seeking a detailed person that can help oversee our human resource functions and plant safety for our Middleburg, NC location. The human resource professional would assist with employee relations, company policies and practices and help manage and foster a safe work environment for our employees. This person will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a desire to support employee performance while abiding by our best safety practices.
