Job Summary:
This position requires outstanding decision making and problem-solving skills with minimal direction. The position will perform various human resources duties in support of the facility. The ability to build relationships, exercise good judgment and work across the business is critical. The successful candidate will take initiative, with little oversight, in identifying ways to add value to the team.
Office Hours: Sunday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm / Flexible
Hourly Range: $25.00 - $35.00 Per Hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain confidentiality in reporting technical and personal information and all other subject matter.
- Assist employees with general HR questions as well as connect and refer employees to appropriate resources such as RTX Centers of Excellence.
- Produce and distribute personnel reports.
- Work closely with Finance on payroll and timekeeping reports and inquiries.
- Coordinate job searches for internal and external job postings with Corporate Talent Acquisitions team and local staffing agencies.
- Participate and support training efforts.
- Support the company's new hire process and orientation efforts.
- Participate in investigations as needed.
- Participate in searches and attend interviews.
- Support continuous improvement, all CORE and EHS initiatives as part of daily work activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of a 2-year degree in related field.
- U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
- 2+ years Human Resources or related work.
- MS office tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Workday and ADP a plus.
- 4-year degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven administrative experience of working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Strong accuracy and attention-to-detail skills.
- Must be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must be willing to take initiative to solve problems that are not always well-defined.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.
