- Respond to employee and team member inquiries via the onboarding email.
- Facilitate hybrid orientation and proactively identify improvements and implement them.
- Present at orientation and other events as needed.
- Develop marketing materials (emails, slack posts) for events and programs targeted to new Broadies.
- Provide operational support to new and existing programs that help Broadies build their own Employee Experience specific to their needs.
- Review data from surveys as well as meet with colleagues to help identify the needs of new hires.
- Maintain and distribute resources for Broadies.
- Support the development of new initiatives with internal and external collaborators.
- Collaborate and engage with colleagues to create a seamless orientation.
- Support the review of various technologies to build efficiencies into the onboarding process.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
