Must be onsite 4 days per week.
- At least 2 years experience in college programs / university recruiting. If we are unable to connect with that market, then I would look for those who have supported with talent acquisition teams.
- The real key here aside from experience is to understand how organized and proactive they are. How do they handle volumes?
- Are they comfortable dealing with an array of internal and external stakeholders virtually and in person. Must be comfortable calling and speaking to hiring managers, candidates and university partners.
- Confident to be an onsite presence during the intern/coop cycles meeting and greeting, organizing presentations, facilitating events.
Job Description: The College Relations Coordinator will be instrumental in providing administrative support, cultivating and maintaining relationships with colleges and universities and scheduling our programmes to attract top talent to ***. This role requires a combination of strong organizational skills, efficiency and a passion for talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in college programs, university recruiting, or talent acquisition coordination, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain partnerships with key colleges and universities to promote *** as an employer of choice.
Coordinate and execute on-campus recruitment initiatives, including job fairs, information sessions, and networking events.
Provide support to our internship, coop and graduate rotation programmes, including recruitment, interview scheduling, onboarding, and program events.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify talent needs.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights to improve college relations and recruitment efforts.
Provide administrative support to our global talent acquisition team across administrative duties.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in university recruiting and talent acquisition.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HR software.
Awareness of the cyclical nature of intern, coop and graduate rotation programme recruitment.
Understanding the significance of university and college partnerships to build talent pipelines for our businesses continued growth.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with college faculty, administration, and students.
Proficiency in using recruitment software (Oracle or other) and social media platforms for talent sourcing and branding.
Creative and able to design social content.
Efficient and organised to ensure the programme is kept on track at all times.
Analytical skills to track program success and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Coordination skills sensitive to diary alignment, time zones and geography.
Possess the foresight to prioritize works that aligns with key objectives, able to shift priorities as necessary.
