HR Coordinator
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position which will require 40 hours a week. This position is hourly and eligible for overtime pay. This is a hybrid position which requires 2 days a week in the office.
Summary/Objective: The HR Coordinator will be responsible for all post-offer tasks for new employees.
Essential Functions:

- Follows up with candidates throughout their post-offer transition period and ensures all new hire requirements are completed before their start date
- Ensures security, integrity and confidentiality of data.
- Actively participates in the planning and execution of company events.
- Completes I9 verification
- Opens IT Tickets for all new hires and ensures the hiring manager communicates the equipment needs to the IT department.
- Maintains detailed tracking of candidates who are onboarded. Including registration on the ADP portal, benefit enrollment, and additional required follow-up.
- Maintains Personnel Files, parking pass program and I-9 documentation.
- Conducts in person or virtual orientation for new employees
- Processes workers comp claims
- Assists with other ongoing administrative projects such as performance review reminders, updates to ADP, stocking the kitchen supply cabinet and other assorted duties.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Education or License Requirements:
- High School or Junior College
Physical Demands:
This is a sedentary job which requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, talking on a phone and looking at a computer screen. The job may at times require lifting boxes up to 20 pounds.
