Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic HR and Administrative Coordinator to support our growing team at our Revere, MA warehouse. This multifaceted role combines key human resource functions with essential administrative duties, offering a unique opportunity for those who are organized, proactive, and passionate about supporting a vibrant workforce. The position requires on-site presence with flexible scheduling options to accommodate our operations, which run 7 days a week. While our core hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, we are open to crafting a schedule that suits both the successful candidate and our organizational needs.
Daily Responsibilities:
- 40% HR and Recruiting: Utilize our internal systems to manage recruitment processes, including coordinating and conducting interviews and ensuring comprehensive candidate assessments.
- 30% Administrative Support: Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including document management, data entry, and assisting with internal communication, to support efficient office operations.
- 15% Onboarding: Oversee onboarding workflows, ensuring new hires are integrated effectively and compliantly into our systems and culture.
- 10% Compliance and Audit: Regularly review and update employee and driver files to maintain adherence to legal and organizational standards.
- 5% Employee Engagement and Benefits: Provide assistance with benefits enrollment and address employee inquiries, contributing to a positive and supportive workplace environment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in HR, recruiting, or a similar field is beneficial.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in HR and office software; willingness to learn new systems as needed.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
