Instawork is on the lookout for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic team. We seek an individual ready to take ownership of recruitment coordination with the goal of delivering exceptional experiences for both candidates and stakeholders.

What You'll Do:
- Manage Candidate Pipeline: Efficiently organize and manage the recruitment process by accurately tracking and handling candidates within the Greenhouse ATS.
- High-Volume Scheduling: Skillfully coordinate and schedule interviews for numerous candidates, demonstrating superior organizational and time management capabilities.
- Executive Recruitment Support: Provide exceptional support for executive-level recruitment, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates applying for high-level positions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously innovate and apply best practices to enhance the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Talent Acquisition Initiatives: Actively engage in talent acquisition projects, applying your energy and resilience to everything from candidate screening to participating in events and team collaborations.
- Training and Development: Share your knowledge and expertise in areas such as ATS utilization, communication strategies, and candidate engagement to foster team growth.
- Enhance Candidate Experience: Ensure every interaction with candidates reflects Instawork's commitment to excellence, contributing to a strong employer brand and a superior candidate journey.
For CA based applicants:
The base salary for this position is $36 - $44 Per Hour.
A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above.
