UHS National Call center is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Coordinator at our Regional Office in Brentwood, TN . This is a full time HYBRID role that will be assisting the HR Department in the development of a new call center and its day to day operational needs.
Position Summary:
The HR Coordinator will provide coordination efforts, and assistance in the areas of policy compliance, recruitment, and on-boarding. This position will manage the employee records and assists in the coordination of staffing and recruitment processes. This position will provide administrative support involving recruitment advertising, internal job posting, application screening, and coordination of interviewing, reference checking, extending offers of employment and completing necessary paperwork.

Essential Job Duties:
- Provides clerical support for daily needs in human resources including the filing and maintenance of the employee personnel and medical files, making new hire packets, badging process, and assisting with new hire orientation.
- Provide administrative support involving recruitment advertising, internal job posting, application screening, and coordination of interviewing, reference checking, extending offers of employment and completing necessary paperwork.
- Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
- Manages reports for the 30-, 60- and 6-month check-ins as well as 90 evaluations to ensure managers/supervisors are completing timely.
- Assists with collecting and placing information regarding positive facility events on appropriate social media platforms
- Track employee incentive programs such as Employee of the Month/Year, anniversary awards, and other company programs.
- Assists with ordering functions related to human resources, including supplies, equipment, and retention items.
- Performs periodic audits of personnel and medical files and training records. Ensures that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately. Provides monthly reports to ensure all training has been completed prior to due date.

Qualifications
Education:
Associates Degree required, Bachelor's preferred
Technololgically savvy, with high proficiency in all Microsoft office and HRIS programs, Detail Oreitned, Familiar with HRIS and ATS systems ICIMS, Excellent Customer Service Skills, Strong interpersonal and Organizational Skills, Prior HR Experience Exceptional ability to communicate effectively in both wrtten and verbal formats.
