Position Title:
HR Transactions Coordinator
Pay Rate:
$48,000 - $64,000
Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

Memphis, TN
The Job You Will Perform:
  • Provide SAP transactional support to business HR as needed
    • Support includes, but is not limited to, processing HR SAP transactions for new hires, positon changes, compensation changes, transfers/promotions, leaves, separations, layoffs and severance payments
    • Provide support, training and guidance to new and current HR users regarding accessing and completing transactions
    • Provide policy and procedure guidance related to HR transactions
  • Review and work daily audit report to maintain and monitor SAP data quality/integrity
  • Provide SAP HR Organization Support including identifying organizational changes required, position maintenance and processing changes
  • Support Global Mobility transactions
  • Partner with Alight Solutions to resolve issues
  • Support testing efforts for HR COEs
  • Oversee the exception processes related to leaves automation
    • Partner with Alight to ensure errors are resolved timely and accurately
    • Monitor reporting to ensure correct coding; work with location to correct errors
    • Serve as the liaison between HRSD and legal related to ADA and extended leaves
  • Complete HRSD requests for access (Beeline, Sedgwick, Sterling, Form i-9)
  • Assist in the research and resolution of complex issues regarding HR Services spanning payroll, benefits and other transactions based on established policy and procedures
  • Update work instructions and ensure resources related to HR transactions are current and available to users
  • Participate in SAP Training at least annually to maintain knowledge and skills

  • High school education or G.E.D.
  • Excellent computer skills including Office 365
  • Knowledge of SAP required
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills and competencies
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Must have the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communications skills
