Teak and Hardwood Floors is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as the Material Sales Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeinag flooring Material Sales and delivery operations.

Responsibilities:

• Foster Partnerships: Develop, nurture, and sustain partnerships with prospective clients and contractors to drive sales growth and client satisfaction.
• Job Site Assessment: Conduct thorough measurements at job sites and assess clients' material requirements to provide tailored solutions.
• Order Coordination: Efficiently oversee, monitor, and coordinate the delivery of orders from multiple vendors to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendor sales representatives to facilitate smooth transactions and negotiate favorable terms.
• Estimation Expertise: Develop and execute precise material estimates, leveraging your expertise to provide accurate cost projections and quotes.
• Showroom Management: Oversee and maintain the showroom and flooring samples, ensuring they are up-to-date and reflective of available products.
• Product Consultation: Assist clients in selecting the most suitable flooring products by offering expert guidance and product knowledge.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed and educated on a wide variety of hard surface flooring options to effectively advise clients and address their needs.

Qualifications:

• Sales Experience: While NO prior sales experience is required, a passion for customer service and a drive to exceed expectations are essential.
• Technological Proficiency: Strong computer and technology skills are necessary to navigate sales tools, customer relationship management systems, and other software.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are imperative for effective interaction with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients, vendors, and contractors, fostering lasting relationships.
• Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to switch seamlessly between tasks and adapt to evolving priorities as necessary.
• Learning Agility: Proven capacity to quickly learn new skills and absorb new information related to flooring materials and sales techniques.
