The Human Resources Coordinator will play a critical role in the operations of all Radiance Holdings entities by providing top level customer service to our internal stakeholders. The Human Resources Coordinator will assist the Sr. Human Resources Generalist with all administrative duties that touch the employee life-cycle. This role will be the main point of contact for recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and office logistics.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute full cycle Onboarding and offboarding process for all employees
- Input payroll for all spa employees after working with spa directors & Operations Specialist to verify accuracy of zenoti reports
- Track and celebrate employee birthdays and anniversaries - manage HQ and Corporate Unit celebration trackers
- Manage Spa employee Commission Tracker
- Manage all company Distribution Lists with onboarded and offboarded employees
- Draft Offer letters
- Manage POS onboarding and offboarding for all Spa employees - Set up employee pay profiles
- Assist the Operational Specialist in managing all Employee Profile changes for Zenoti
- Act as payroll support for Sr. HR Generalist by compiling payroll reports from Zenoti and receiving necessary approvals from Spa directors, send completed report to Sr. HR Generalist
- Work with Marketing Manager to execute on Radiance Report
- Maintain Company Org Chart
- Office Supply Ordering and organization
- Execute on Lunch orders for the office when Radiance is providing
- Sort mail and distribute by scanning and emailing mail to recipients a minimum of two times per week
- Assist with meeting set up and organizing for Radiance All Hands and LT meetings
- Submit work order requests to landlord when needed
- Act as on-site point of contact for work orders
- Analyze PT/FT Status of spa employees via the tracker and manage benefits process accordingly
- Other duties as assigned
Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:
- 2-5 years of administrative or customer service experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Adobe Pro
- Ability to handle a high volume of work, rapidly adapt to changing environment and possess strong work ethics.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organization, particularly with peers.
- Ability to accept responsibility for assigned tasks and complete them on schedule.
- Ability to communicate information efficiently and succinctly.
- Ability to work in a traditional office setting
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, scoop, bend, push, or pull up to 25 lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Human Resources field preferred
- Prior experience with acquisitions is preferred
- Prior experience with platforming or Holdings companies is preferred

Compensation: The salary range for this role is set to $55,000-$60,000 annually, commensurate on experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance. All bonuses are subject to board approval.
