We are currently seeking a Recruiting / HR Coordinator to join us in our Boulder office. This is a combination role that is ideal for candidates who enjoy diversity in their daily work and are interested in contributing to multiple HR functions including: recruiting, on-boarding and off-boarding, performance management, compliance, learning & development, and benefits.

This role serves as a liaison for the HR department to the entire firm and the primary objective is to be a catalyst for information, support, and service that boosts employee assimilation and engagement. This person will be an ambassador for service, kindness, inclusion, helping others succeed, ethical behavior, and working hard.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Recruiting – Prescreen candidates. Manage candidate interview schedules, travel arrangements and expense reimbursement. Assist with execution of offer and pre-hire paperwork to ensure all new hire requirements are delivered to candidates and completed in a timely manner. Conduct reference and background checks. Coordinate career fairs.

• On-boarding and Off-boarding - Facilitate new employee orientations and conduct exit logistics meetings and exit interviews.

• Performance Management - Support the administrative side of BA’s performance management process.

• Learning and Development - Coordinate HR-related learning event logistics.

• Benefits – Communicate benefit programs as a recruiting tool. Generate and distribute employee notices at arrival and departure. Support the team with annual open enrollment efforts.

• General Team Support - Provide support for filing and compliant document retention, JotForm survey development, and ad hoc projects.

Required experience:

• Two years of professional recruiting and HR experience and proficiency in applicant tracking systems.

• Proficiency in facilitating web-based, virtual based meetings (Teams, Go-to-Meeting, Zoom).

• Previous experience and enjoyment in helping others learn. Specific experience in facilitating HR orientation programs and technical training sessions.

• Proficiency in Outlook, PPT, Teams, Word, and Excel.

• Strong discipline and fiduciary commitment to handling confidential information.

• Familiarity with employment laws.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience providing service in a multi-site organization.

• Familiarity with employment laws in AZ, CA, CO, NC, TX and WA.

• PHR or SHRM-CP

• Proficiency in HRIS programs

• Prior experience with architecture or other professional services

• Bachelor's degree

Physical requirements needed to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation:

• Ability to operate a keyboard, mouse, phone and perform repetitive motion (keyboard); writing (notetaking); reading and analyzing written material

• Ability to sit for long periods; stand, sit, reach, bend, lift up to thirty (30) lbs.

• Ability to express or exchange ideas to impart information to the public and internal employees and to convey detailed instructions accurately and quickly.

The job involves frequent contact with teammates and the public. May occasionally be required to work irregular hours, based on the needs of the business.

The MINIMUM salary range for this hourly, non-exempt position starts at $55,000, depending on experience.
