The Coordinator will act as a resource to HR Service Center (HRSC) departments employing faculty, staff, and students. The Temporary HRSC Coordinator assists permanent HRSC Coordinators with personnel and payroll-related transactional work.
Additionally, this role will collaborate with team members on assigned transaction related HRSC projects. Who We Are Human Resources (HR) contributes leadership, guidance, tools and services to support employees throughout their careers at CU Boulder and to cultivate a culture which upholds the campus' strongly held values. HR partners with campus in the achievement of the campus vision and strategic imperatives. What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be Human Resources and Payroll Services: Complete a large number of HR and Payroll related transactions.
Maintain compliance with University, State, and Federal rules. Build and maintain employment records using human resources management system (HCM) and maintain human resources-related data. Provide transactional and policy expertise related to I-9 & e-verify, background checks, etc.
HRSC Outreach and Customer Service: Proactively develop constructive and harmonious working relationships with HRSC departments. Meet quality standards for services, maintain a high level of integrity in communications, and connect with a wide variety of people across campus. Serve as a member of the HR team and participate as a representative of Human Resources in internal and external events and groups as appropriate.
What You Should Know This is a temporary, full-time position anticipated to last through November 1, 2024. This position is working in a remote work situation. What We Can Offer Salary: $22 per hour.
