Hr Coordinator

Location: Washington DC
Contract Duration: TEMP HIRE TO START ASAP

Pay: $20-24/hour
Our client is a fast-paced telecommunications company with global reach, and they are seeking an HR Coordinator for full-time employment. Hiring 35-40 people per month, the ideal candidate will not only excel, but thrive in an ever-changing environment.
To be considered for this role please have:

• 1-5 years of HR Coordinator/Assistant Experience
• Strong intrapersonal skills and sensitivity to confidential information
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a proven ability to speak with both internal and external personnel with a variety of personalities to effectively accomplish set goals.
• Previous experience handling onboarding of new hires including all employment verification and information/forms needed prior to employee start, including benefits information.
• Working knowledge of ADP software and programs
• Strong technological skills including Office Suite and Video Conferencing
• Ability to be on-site 5 days per week in DC (Metro accessible as well as on-site parking)
