Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Global Manufacturing and Distribution company to find their next HR Business Partner in the Seattle, WA area. The HRBP will work hand in hand with the VP of Human Resources to support around 300 employees and will manage 1 direct report. This role will have a strong focus within the Employee Relations space. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of HRBP or Sr. HR Generalist experience. This role will require 100% on-site work to start, with some hybrid flexibility eventually. The salary range is $80K-$90K, DOE. Benefits include: M/D/V, FDA, 401k+ Match, and competitive PTO.
HR Business Partner Responsibilities:
· Partake in strategic planning with the VP of HR and Recruiting team
· Execute HR strategy and ensure all strategies align with corporate policies
· Conduct employee relations investigations at a high volume
· Assist leaders in making informed HR decisions based on HR data
· Support Recruitment strategy and hiring
· Support employees with tactical day-to-day operations
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred
· 3+ years of HR experience
· Knowledge of current HR laws and trends
· Experience within a high-volume, fast-paced, and global environment
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
