Requirements
Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
Strategic Business Partnership:
• Provide relevant business HR support on a wide range of topics including organization design, workforce planning, talent management & development, employee engagement and retention.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee relations.
• Create a good balance between defining strategy and execution.
Talent Management:
• Oversee the full life cycle of talent management, from recruitment and onboarding to implementing performance management and succession planning as per agreed processes.
• Drive initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent in alignment with Tyfone's growth strategy.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
• Promote and reinforce Tyfone's values and culture, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.
• Lead the change management strategy in the region with support from HR leadership to implement HR programs and initiatives, as well as support integration of acquired businesses.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in India and the US region to address organizational challenges, diagnose and resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate HR initiatives, policies, and changes effectively to all levels of the organization.
Minimum Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
• 8+ years if proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the SaaS or fintech industry.
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices, compensation and benefits, employment laws, and industry trends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated experience in driving talent management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Open to working in multiple time zones and experience in supporting global teams.
• Uses a problem-solving approach which balances application of policy and judgement
